Tells you something when the main event starts at 10:30pm EST...Anyway, Undertaker is out first with brand new music and Hollywood Hulk Hogan comes out last, taking his sweet ass time to get to the ring. As soon as he steps in, Taker attacks him whipping him with Hogan's belt from earlier in the week. Hogan turns the tide though and after a couple whips of his own, the belt is thrown out and the match starts. Usual Hogan offense to start off with punches, chokes, backdrop and clothesline which sends Taker to the outside. Hogan rips his shirt off and acknowledges the fans before heading to the outside after Taker. Punches by Hogan but Taker with an elbow that stops Hogan in his track.

More punches by Hogan before he chops Taker and sends him back into the ring. Kick by Taker and another elbow sends Hogan scurrying as Taker now starts to work on Hulk's shoulder and elbow area. Taker tries to do the old school rope walk but before he can even start, Hogan crotches him on the turnbuckle. Hogan heads up too and after much trouble, a superplex from the top results. Cover but Taker with the shoulder up at two. Hogan starts the punching again and tries an Irish whip but Taker responds by taking out Hulk's leg from underneath him. Undertaker continues to work on Hogan's knee and leg both in and out of the ring, basically slowing the match down to a crawl. Hogan fights back with some shortened leg drops but Taker won't stay down either and the two trade punches in the center of the ring.

Hogan finally hits the big boot and goes off the ropes for the leg drop, but Taker moves and turns it into a half crab. Hogan fights out and the two continue to exchange moves with Taker missing a big leg but succeeding in a big chokeslam that barely got off the ground. Hogan gets up and starts hulking up and the usual occurs with the big boot followed by the leg drop. Cover but Undertaker kicks out! Hogan swings Taker across the ropes and goes for a bodydrop but Taker DDTs him and gets a two count out of it.

In the midst of all the action, Taker grabs a chair while Vince McMahon makes his way to the ring. Hogan avoids the chair and hits the leg drop but Vince distracts the ref as Hogan has Taker down and out. Hulk gets up and pulls Vince in treating him with a leg drop. As the referee tries to clear Vince out of the ring and with Hulk turned around, Taker sneaks up from behind and levels Hogan with a chairshot to the back of the head. Chokeslam and cover, 1-2-3 Taker wins and becomes the new champion.

After getting awarded the title, Taker grabs a chair and guillotines Hogan like he did to Matt Hardy a few months ago. Undertaker continues to beat down on Hogan before grabbing his belt and leaving Hogan down and clutching his neck.

We are then treated to a video montage showing how the #1 contender match came to be. Ric Flair, Undertaker and Steve Austin come out individually in that order. The two wrestlers look eye-to-eye and then back away into their respective corners. Lock-up and Taker gets the upperhand with a side headlock. Austin tries to fight out of it but Taker won't show any mercy and refuses to let go. Irish whip and Austin down after a mini-collision after which he bails to the outside. Austin hesitantly enters the ring and the two lock up again but this time Austin with the side headlock. Taker fights out and sends Austin to the rope and they collide again but no one falls. More stalling as Austin does some push ups. They lock up a third time and Taker with the side headlock but Austin sends Taker to the ropes and later catches him with a right hand. Stone Cold then gives Taker the finger and we get MORE stalling with the famous strength test which Taker refuses to participate in. Another side headlock and we go through the motions again except this time Austin nails Taker with a hiptoss followed by an arm bar. Stone Cold working on Taker's tricep and turns it into a pin but it goes nowhere.

In the corner, Austin with several knife edge chops and then an Irish whip sending Taker to the other side. Austin comes running in but runs straight into a boot. Taker in control now with an arm bar and a couple arm wrings. Taker to the top with the old school top rope walk. Cover by Taker and Austin sneaks out at two. Irish whip, reversed and a Lou Thesz press by Stone Cold. Elbow drop and a cover and Taker kicks out at two.

On the outside now, Taker with a punches and chops across Austin's chest before throwing him back into the ring. Austin storms up and clotheslines Taker back outside and then rams his head into the announce table three times. Stone Cold throws Undertaker back in but before he can get himself Taker catches him with a boot and sends him back outside. Taker slamming Austin's head on the announce table now.

They're out in the crowd now briefly before heading back over, but Austin in control nonetheless. Taker tries to run away but Stone Cold catches him and sends him into the steel steps. Attempted piledriver by Stone Cold is turned into a back bodydrop. Taker takes Austin over to his motorcycle and slams his head into it. Out of nowhere come Scott Hall and X-Pac and Taker gives them a quick stare before slamming Austin into the steel steps.

Match finally heads back into the ring and Taker drops some elbows onto Austin's leg, as Stone Cold has apparently injured it. A modified figure four by Undertaker but before long, Austin heads to the ropes causing the ref to order a break. This allows Stone Cold to fight back with a flurry of punches but Taker knocks him down with a clothesline. Taker with a terrible chinlock that eventually works its way into a pin but that obviously doesn't do anything. Austin recovers and hits a Sleeper but Taker gets out of it and goes for another pin, which Austin manages out of at two. Another chinlock by Taker and the match has all but screeched to a halt. Austin fights back with punches to the stomach and face. He goes for the Stunner but Taker counters and clotheslines him down.

Fast forward and Taker, unsuccessful in a pin attempt, takes off the turnbuckle covering. He tries to whip Austin into the exposed buckle but Stone Cold reverses it and Taker goes in instead, back first. Double clothesline and they're both down but Flair just stands there waiting for them to get up. Taker up first but his punches are blocked by Austin who wails away on him in the corner. Finally, a ref bumps leads to Flair down and out with Austin hitting the Stunner. He covers Taker but Flair is still out. Stone Cold revives Ric but Taker catches him with a blow and signals for the chokeslam. He hits it, Flair comes to but Austin kicks out at two. Undertaker to the outside now as he retrieves a chair and brings it into the ring. As he's about to hit Austin, Flair takes it away and it gives Austin the chance to hit a low blow of his own. Austin with a spine buster and a cover, but Taker doesn't stay down and gets up before the three count. Austin attempts a Stunner but Taker blocks it and throws Austin into Ric Flair who again is knocked out. Taker grabs the chair and nails Austin over the head with it and covers. Flair gets up to count but Stone Cold kicks out at two.

Taker signals for his finisher but Austin counters with a clothesline and goes for a cover but Taker kicks out yet again at two. This match is pretty bad I must say. In the corner, Taker with some elbows but as he goes to get the chair again, Austin recovers and turns it around with several stomps that lay out Taker. Austin then goes for the chair but Flair stops him from using it. As Stone Cold turns around, Taker kicks him knocking the chair back in his face. Austin falls, Taker covers but with Stone Cold's feet on the ropes, Flair counts the 1-2-3 nonetheless. In the back, we see the nWo leave...so I have no idea what their role in the match was.

After the match, Austin stuns Undertaker.

Backstage, Coach meets up with Flair and asks him if he knew that Austin had his feet on the ropes. Flair says he had no idea and Coach takes him to a TV and shows him a replay of the finish. Flair shakes his head and says "ah shit" and then leaves.

After a full recap of how the Taker/Flair match came about, the Undertaker tears out on his motorcycle to the sounds of Limp Bizkit. Then, the man who looks to stop Taker's undefeated WrestleMania streak, Ric Flair makes his way out, in full Nature Boy sequined robe!

He quickly drops the robe and runs into the ring, punching away on Taker. He knocks Taker out of the ring. On the outside, Flair knees Taker over the announce table. He pounds away on Taker. And can you believe it: it's the American announce table for once!

Flair pounds Taker back towards the ring, but Taker knees him back. In the ring, Flair punches away on Taker, again knocking him from the ring. Flair leaps form the apron, but Taker catches him and rams his back into the ringpost. Punches by Taker, then a smash into the stairs.

Back in the ring, Flair again punches away on Taker. Taker comes back with a choke and starts pounding away on Taker in the corner. Taker whips Flair into the ringpost and then smashes him into the turnbuckles. Knockdown punches by Taker, then a Big Boot that sends Flair to the outside.

Taker puts Flair in the timekeeper's chair and pounds away. More punches to the now-bleeding head of Flair. Uppercuts by Taker, the another knockdown punch.

Back in the ring, Taker stomps on Flair's head and punches on him in the corner. Flair falls to the mat, staining it with his blood. Flair crawls up and hits chop (WHOO!) after chop (WHOO!). Taker again whips him into the corner and clotheslines him down.

Mounted punches by Taker, a single drop of blood flying out and splashing against the camera lens. Taker 'buckles Flair and headbutts him. Huge superplex by Taker 1-2-he pulls Flair up for more punishment.

Flair tries to chop (WHOO!) back, but Taker hits a falling punch and drags Flair out of the ring. Elbow shot to the head by Taker. Taker sets Flair over the apron and htis a monster legdrop onto the prone Flair. Taker drags Flair back into the ring 1-2-pulls Flair up again.

Mounted punches by Taker, then measured knockdown punches. Flair's hair is now stuck together and dyed by his blood. Flair rolls out of the way of Taker's leg drop. Taker comes back with knockdown punches. Taker grabs Flair's arm and looks to go old school. He yells at the fans, allowing Flair to pull Taker off the top! Chops (WHOO!) by Flair, but Taker catches him with a sidewalk slam 1-2-shoulder up.

Taker runs for the Boot, but Flair ducks and Taker gets caught on the ropes. More chops (WHOO!) by Flair, that send Taker to the floor. Flair scrapes Taker's face and grabs the pipe from Taker's bike. He smacks Taker in the head, then the back, then the gut.

Taker rams Flair into the apron. He takes Flair and smashes him into the barrier. Flair grabs a sign and smacks Taker in the head a few times, then the back a few times.

Back in the ring, Flair lays into Taker with punch after punch, measuring each one. Flair rears back, but Taker grabs him in a choke. Low blow by Flair and a trip! Flair looks for the Figure Four and applies it! Flair pulls back, and Taker screams in pain! Taker falls back and the ref counts 1-2-Taker pulls himself up and chokes Flair!

He pulls Flair up with the choke still intact and chokeslams him down! Taker covers 1-2-shoulder up! Good God, Ric Flair got his shoulder up! Mounted punches by Taker 1-2-kickout!

Taker picks up the ref and smashes him into the turnbuckle. Taker goes out and gets the lead pipe. Back in the ring, Flair low blwos Taker and chops (WHOO!) away on him. Flair whips Taker, and Arn Anderson runs down to spinebuster The Undertaker! Flair covers 1-2-power out!

Taker goes out and gets Arn into the ring. Big Boot by Taker. Taker applies the Dragon Sleeper, but Flair comes in with a chair! Chairshot to the back, then one to the gut, and another to the back! Taker bounces off the ropes and comes back with a Big Boot to Flair. He sets Flair for the Last Ride, but drops him. He grabs Flair and lifts him for the Tombstone! Tombstone to Ric Flair! Taker crosses the arms and pins 1-2-3!

The Undertaker chalks up another victory, to stay undefeated at WrestleMania! Taker kicks the ref once more for good measure, and leaves the ref, Anderson, and Flair down in the ring, raising all ten fingers in the air.

The Undertaker rode his motorcycle out to the ring, and the fans cheered for him, even though he's a heel. Everyone attempted to get Goldust out of the ring, and the Undertaker got in the ring and gave Billy a choke slam and then he slammed Al into the corner. The Undertaker hammered everyone who got in his way and then he gave Goldust a choke slam over the top rope to the outside of the ring! The Undertaker gave Al Snow a headbutt to knock him down and then he nailed Rikishi with a right hand. The Undertaker then tossed Al Snow to the outside of the ring and then Rikishi went at it with the Undertaker. The Undertaker gave Rikishi a big boot and then a clothesline over the top rope to the outside. The Undertaker then tossed Billy Gunn, and the Undertaker is standing tall!

Next is Matt Hardy, and he came out with Lita, and the Undertaker went to choke slam Matt, but Lita got in the ring and interrupted it. The Undertaker slammed Matt into the corner and then Lita gave the Undertaker a low blow. Matt Hardy then gave the Undertaker a neck breaker and then he stomped away on the Undertaker as he was down. Lita and Matt then double teamed the Undertaker and then Lita got out of the ring. Matt tried to eliminate the Undertaker, but he was unable to do so. The Undertaker then gave Matt a low blow and then he whipped Matt into the corner and Matt gave the Undertaker a reverse elbow. The Undertaker went for a right hand in the corner, but Matt ducked it and he gave the Undertaker some right hands in the corner. Matt tried to eliminate the Undertaker, but he was unable to do so. The Undertaker tried to suplex Matt to the outside of the ring, and Jeff Hardy came out next! Jeff Hardy blocked the suplex and the Hardys double teamed the Undertaker! Lita got in the ring and assisted the two, and the Hardys are back together! The Hardys then hugged and they whipped the Undertaker into the corner and the Undertaker fired out of the corner with a clothesline on both men. The Undertaker tossed Jeff to the outside, but Jeff held onto the ropes. The Undertaker then went to dump Matt, but Jeff nailed the Undertaker in the head. Matt took the Undertaker down with the Twist of Fate and then Jeff came off the top rope with the swanton bomb! The Hardys went for the Poetry in Motion, but the Undertaker caught Jeff and dumped him to the outside. The Undertaker then knocked Matt down and then he gave him the Last Ride in the middle of the ring! The Undertaker then flicked Matt Hardy to eliminate him, and it's time for another dog, and it's Maven. Poor Maven. Maven got in the ring and the Undertaker knocked him down and he went to eliminate Maven, but Lita got on the apron. The Undertaker shoved her down and then the Hardys got in the ring and hammered away on the Undertaker! The Undertaker fought them off and he slid Jeff to the outside of the ring. The Undertaker talked trash and then Maven knocked the hell out of the Undertaker with a drop kick to eliminate him!

The Undertaker got extremely mad and he got back in the ring and he slapped Maven around and then he nailed him in the head. The Undertaker tossed Maven through the ropes and then he nailed him in the head with a steel chair on the outside of the ring! The Undertaker then gave Maven a shot to the arm with the chair and then he knocked down a camera man. The Undertaker continued to hammer Maven on the outside of the ring, and Scotty 2 Hotty's music hit and he came out next. The Undertaker threw Maven back into the ring like he was nothing and then he went over and nailed Scotty 2 Hotty. The Undertaker got back in the ring and Maven was bleeding and then the Undertaker dumped Maven over the top rope to the outside of the ring. The Undertaker then nailed Maven with the chair once again and then he beat on him through the crowd. The Undertaker and Maven battled to the backstage area and Christian came out as the next entrant. The Undertaker ate some popcorn as he laid out Maven by smashing him into the glass popcorn machine.
